37ft John Pugh yacht - Project Boat in ANNANDALE, New South Wales for sale

John Pugh designed 37ft steel yacht "Capricorn Dancer". This excellent project boat is in general very sound. She requires a lot of patch welding on deck/cabin roof, galley refit the old galley laminate is usable as templates for refqit and the Yanmar engine is seized.
Professionally built in Tasmania 1977 to open water survey she operated as a sea going commercial charter vessel most of her life. This is evident in her strong build and quality fittings; such as stainless rigging, Cougar anchor winch, dual helm, auto pilot, self furling headsail, radar, aluminium mast, etc.
She has beautiful lines, the owners cabin is privately situated at the stern. She has a very sound hull and with some work will be an excellent sea going yacht.
